Supported, implemented, and managed all cost, EVM, IMS utilizing P6, for entire project. Interfaced with contractors to ensure progress accuracy as well as alignment with resources and schedule updates. Integrated the schedule and budget for EVM forecasting and trending. Williams Olefins – Chemical Plant Expansion (Project Controls Expert/Manager) (750MM) (Geismar / Houston)

Developed and Implemented project controls (Risk, cost, schedule, EVM, Change) policy and procedures for all projects. Assisted regional project controls employees in project set up and lessons learned from previous PEMEX projects. Developed change management tracking system for streamlining change orders to client.

Cannonball Pipeline Project

Trinidad and Tobago, WI ($68MM)

Assisted PMT with evaluating builders risk incident, and developed time frame analysis for negotiations with client. Developed recovery plan / schedule after incident for management and client. Maintained internal reporting throughout project life and assisted management in client negotiations during project closure.

Fabrication phase

Managed two contracts coordinators and schedulers for project duration.

Responsible for all Subcontract progress, budgets, interface, material tracking, and delivery schedule for entire project.  Also negotiate terms and conditions, and commercial issues to comply with company standards for seven vendors in three states on Red Hawk Project.
